Mental Health Services
We provide mental health services through individual, group, and family therapy as well as biopsychosocial and CANS assessments.
Counseling is offered for ages 5 and up and can help with issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and behavioral issues.
Family therapy is offered to help process changes in family dynamics, difficult times of trauma or change, or just to improve communication.
We provide support through parent coaching and support groups for caregivers.
Parent coaching allows caregivers to meet regularly with Empowered Family Services in just their family unit to grow their parent toolbox, process frustrations and challenges of parenting, and receive individualized feedback and coaching.
Contact us for current and upcoming support group dates and topics.
We provide education through quarterly workshops on parenting, trauma, and mental health issues affecting children and their caregivers. These are open to the community to help increase awareness and support.
